Jonathan has been successfully selling for over 20 years, 15 of which have been in Real Estate. Whilst successfully running his Real Estate business he also developed his Training Career and is qualified as a ‘Dale Carnegie Trainer’, ‘Workplace Trainer Category 4’ and ‘NLP Master Results Coach’. He has developed and delivered Training for REIWA, Roy Weston (Now Harcourt’s) and various other real estate companies throughout the country. Jonathan, his wife Deanne and business Partner Shane Kempton established RISE (Realtors Independent School of Excellence) training and currently provide Compulsory Professional Development training to all Real Estate Agents in Perth.
Deanne Marlow, our Operations Manager, has been in Business as a Real Estate principle for over 6 years, has a Bachelors degree in Contract Law, is a Triennial Certificate Holder and also holds an Associate Diploma in Counselling. Deanne has successfully guided the financial and administrative operations of Marlows Vision Equity for the last six years. Together, Jonathan and Deanne have also founded
Friends of Autism, a successful fully registered, not for profit organisation providing services to families affected by Autism which is now in its second year of operation.
1998 what we now know as Marlows Vision Equity was conceived and in July 2002 after 4 years of careful planning we opened our first Marlows Vision Equity Office North of the River (Cedric street Off Ramp of Freeway in Stirling). Marlows Vision Equity incorporates many significant innovations such as a documented operating system for each facet of the business including Administration, Asset Management (Property Management), Sales, Quality Management, Training, Business Development and Leadership. This system has been developed around one simple idea and that is we encourage all of our staff to ask one question whenever they are dealing with a customer ‘If I were the customer what experience would I expect and deserve'.
